Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance contracts are available for all UESML installed systems and can be customized to suit each customer’s needs.

  • Out of hours support, 24/7 helpdesk
  • Engineer visits for maintenance and repairs
  • Weekly checks, monthly reports, and 2 major visits a year
  • Remote dial in service which can rectify 90% of problems (subject to network access and availability)
Training

Courses and seminars are available and are provided with any UESML system install.


Upgrades

A team of specialists is available to go through the latest generation upgrade options with customers that have legacy systems installed.






Maintenance contract holders will be issued with all necessary details including our 24/7/365 support numbers on commencement of their contract.
